I'd personally say malphas will be stronger than reece cos he's an Akatsuki, He already has Kyuubi and + shukaku he will match up to reece's lvl but his Nin is higher.this makes him stronger than reece's high hp and chakra boost from that overpowered SOAB CS >.>
